• By being aware of what our customers need, we can recommend the asset finance product that is the right one for them.
• We respect that a customer’s time is precious and so is ours, so when providing quotes, we always give our very best deal first time.
• By offering a consistently high level of service we aim to create long-standing relationships with all our customers. We want to be their first call every time they consider an equipment or vehicle purchase.
• Different customers have different needs, and we aim to meet these by offering options that may include VAT deferrals, staged payments, accelerated payments, or seasonal payments.
• From maintaining regular contact with our customers, we support them by being aware of what they are currently doing and planning to do. Often customers are unaware of the wide range of solutions that asset finance can solve but by keeping in contact we ensure that we explain the support that we can offer as and when required.
• We minimise customer input required in a deal, allowing them to focus on more pressing areas within their business.
